Political Leadership

Hon. Sam Kahamba Kutesa is Uganda's Minister of Foreign Affairs, a post he has held since 2005. During the period September 2014 to September 2015, he was the President of the Sixty-Ninth Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The Embassy of the Republic of Uganda, based in Doha, is accredited to Qatar for promotion of bilateral relations in the political, security, economic, social and cultural fields.
