As the 1st Hybrid Uganda -Qatar diaspora convention came to a close, the Ambassador of Uganda to Qatar, took a moment to express his gratitude to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all the participants; representatives from the Qatar government, the International Organization for Migration, the members of Parliament, for their engagement and commitment to promote Uganda.
