Launch of the 1st Hybrid Uganda-Qatar Diaspora Convention in Doha
The opening remarks by the Head of Mission Uganda Embassy QATAR Amb. Stephen Chemoiko Chebrot during the HYBRID 1st UGANDA- QATAR DIASPORA CONVENTION, followed by the keynote speaker‘s address Mr. Bagiire Vincent Waiswa Permanent Secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kampala Uganda who emphasized that a comprehensive Diaspora Policy that is being finalized, will go a long way in facilitating the mobilization of the diaspora community to better invest and participate in the economic development of Uganda.
